If one of these wishes could be granted, which would you choose?

I'd pick #2. I would be someone who could bring world peace, eliminate poverty and hunger and make religious tolerance and very good manners the norm. I would probably be assassinated by someone with a financial stake in humanity remaining in a constant state of strife within 24 hours though. Ah, well. At least I would have tried though.
